You’ve probably heard me talk about my online strength training program, Kettlebell SocialI was gonna call this “Kettlebell Anti-Social” but that didn’t feel quite right. LOL. It’s the strength programming that Kettlebell Social members get, but the un-coached version. If you’re already in the habit of getting to the gym are comfortable following a program on your own with minimal guidance, this is for you!

I’m here to take the guesswork out of your workouts so that you can:

  • Get strong and learn more about strength training & kettlebell skills.
  • Have someone take care of you when it comes to what to do at the gym.
  • Support your physical and mental health and use exercise as a form of self-care.

This program includes:

  • A flexible strength training program in an easy to use app you can do on your own time so that you can spend less time at the gym and more time living your life.
  • 3 days a week worth of strength training workouts designed for people who are already active but newer to working with  kettlebells.

Investment:

$67/month with no minimum commitment.

Kettlebell Social DIY is for you if…

  • You’re already in the habit of working out regularly but you want to learn some new shit and get clear on what things are worth spending your time on at the gym.
  • You’re think kettlebells are cool and you wanna learn more things you can do with them.
  • You’re also not into fitness dogma and want options in your workouts (we like kettlebells here but they’re not the ONLY thing we do).
  • You’re resourceful and self-sufficient. You trust yourself to figure out new exercises without coaching.

It IS NOT for you if you…

  • Are specifically looking for a weight loss program.
  • Are looking for coaching from me. If you want that, Kettlebell Social or 1:1 personal training would be a better option for you.
  • Are not willing to invest in a gym membership or equipment to work out from home (you’ll a few of kettlebells and some resistance bands at minimum to start).
  • Are not self-motivated & already in the habit of working out on your own.
  • Have an eating disorder, are injured, or have any reason to believe you should not be working out right now.
  • Are under the age of 18.
