Finally, a personal training program that moves with you!
I don’t want to just give you a workout. In my opinion, if your personal trainer isn’t teaching you the what/why/how of what you’re doing together so that you can eventually duplicate that experience for yourself, they’re training you to be dependent on them forever.
I LOVE my clients. But also, it’s my hope and dream that they won’t need me forever. Or at the very least, need less guidance the longer we work together.

I’m here to teach you the what/why/how of strength training so that you can:
- Approach your experience of yourself in your workouts with less judgement and more curiosity.
- Tap into your full strength potential and know when it’s time to grab the heavier weights and when to back off, so that you can get stronger without fear of injury.
- Use strength training to enhance all the things you love to do in your life–not let it consume your life.
- Learn how to make any exercise work in your body (aka make it more or less challenging) in ways beyond just grabbing heavier or lighter weights.
- Explore ways to measure progress that have nothing to do with your weight and size so that you feel like there’s a point and a purpose to lifting.
- Let your workouts support your mental and physical health instead of letting yourself get swept up into fitness trends that are the opposite of healthy.
- Explore the gray area between “go hard” and “go home” and ditch the all-or-nothing mentality that’s keeping you stuck.
- Question the messages you’ve absorbed from both the mainstream fitness industry AND the anti-diet culture space so that you can stop following fitness advice that wasn’t meant for you.
This is for you if …
- You want to work with a personal trainer and also wouldn’t mind some strength training programming you can do on your own on the days we’re not working together.
- You thought about joining my online strength training community, Kettlebell Social but you know you need a little more individual support/accountability before you’re ready to jump into an online program that requires self-motivation.
- You’re not navigating any major movement restrictions or injuries.
- You know you generally want to get stronger and support your physical and mental health but don’t have any super-specific goals in mind.
- You are willing to join a gym or purchase equipment to work out from home (you’ll want at least 2-3 sizes of kettlebells and some resistance bands at minimum).
- You’re content with up to 3 days of workouts to do on your own on the days we’re not together and are good with them being geared towards general strength & conditioning (AKA you’re not looking for a lot of customization).
