{"id":4638,"date":"2022-08-30T21:49:49","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T21:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itsjennaj.com\/?page_id=4638"},"modified":"2022-08-30T21:53:00","modified_gmt":"2022-08-30T21:53:00","slug":"im-hiring","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/itsjennaj.com\/index.php\/im-hiring\/","title":{"rendered":"I&#8217;m Hiring!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am hiring a social media assistant to help me with the development and editing of content for Instagram!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><strong>Social Media Assistant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a part-time 1099 position and will begin as a 2-month commitment, from September 1-November 1 2022, with the possibility of continuing\/future projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This position pays $25\/hour, up to 12 hours per month (negotiable based on experience.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This is the job for you if you are. . .<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>detail oriented<\/li><li>tech savvy<\/li><li>have a creative eye-you know how to make things look pretty<\/li><li>familiar with anti-diet fitness (either as a coach or participant) <\/li><li>familiar with my content, brand, and overall vibe <\/li><li>experienced with editing Instagram reels<\/li><li>comfortable working independently<\/li><li>good at troubleshooting technology<\/li><li>want to help me get some good anti-diet fitness info out into the world this year <\/li><li>looking for a flexible super part-time gig this fall and are ready to start immediately. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>synthesize Instagram posts for my fall 2022 launch<\/li><li>collaborate with me for content ideas, timing, and flow of posts<\/li><li>edit 2-4 reels per week using In-Shot editing tool (or something comparable) <\/li><li>add my captions to reels, space captions and save to drafts, and occasionally edit carousel posts in Canva<\/li><li>weekly-ish collaboration meetings with me as needed (Zoom or phone) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Here is the truth: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am laughing as I create this job posting because it all feels very corporate to me, and I am very. . .NOT. LOL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a creative and passionate coach and small business owner with a lot to say, and not nearly enough time to put it out into the world because I get easily frustrated editing reels and trying to find my own typos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a laundry list of content ideas. I have dozens of audio clips saved and videos filmed on my phone. I need someone to take my content ideas and help me bring them to life. I&#8217;ll do the initial creation of video for reels, and write out copy for captions.
