Every day I work with people who just want to feel better in their bodies. They typically fall into one of 3 categories.

A. I spend most of my time obsessed with “clean” eating and working out, but can’t figure out why I still hate the way I look. 

B. I work (or play) in the fitness industry and am surrounded by ridiculously thin and fit-looking people+mirrors+spandex #everydamnday.

C. I’m too busy taking care of everyone and everything else in my life to worry about my own self-care. I think I’d feel better if I lost weight.
